The core classes at Lifespan Yoga® are Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga. When I am invited to speak about these core classes I give a brief introduction and jump into a mini yoga class, so the event is very experiential. For all the above listed topics I can include an informational Power Point presentation, plus experiential yoga classes as time permits. My speaking rates, retainers, and travel costs are reasonable and discussed individually.
